ArtSpark! provides an intensive professional development opportunity for educators, artists, and community members using an art-infused, standards-based curriculum model. The comprehensive program provides a five-day hands-on, intensive summer Workshop, and four day-long, customized, professional development workshops to introduce diverse theories, innovative models, resources, support and standards-based practices in integrated arts instruction across the curriculum. Research is presented to make a case for the use of a multi-disciplinary approach in learning implementing the arts in core curriculum.
